This is just too much for a Sunday… I haven’t been blogging AT ALL and when I finally decide to type, this comes up everywhere. I’m saddened to hear that Nipsey Hussle was shot six times outside his clothing store in California at around 2:30 pm, according to TMZ. In addition to Hussle, two other people were also wounded. Someone has been pronounced deceased at the hospital, but they aren’t saying who it was.
Hussle posted a picture on Twitter earlier today wearing a white shirt and red shorts. Subsequent to the reports of the shooting, a couple of videos surfaced from the scene showing EMS performing CPR on a tall, slender, light complected male who seemed unresponsive to their efforts. Another video was posted of a gentleman in the same area from a different angle wearing what appeared to be a white du-rag (as Hussle was pictured in earlier that day) with what appeared to be a bleeding wound from the back of his head.
And before I can complete this post, he’s been pronounced dead… Rest well, man… My heart goes out to #LaurenLondon and his children.
Let us not forget that he was doing a documentary on Dr. Sebi who he believes to have died under suspicious circumstances after winning his case for an AIDS cure at the Supreme Court. Hussle was NOT a man of the purest background, but had recently cleaned up his image and actions, and is very well known for how much he gives back to his community. It’s amazing how much drama this man has had all these years and it’s never been an issue until now. Not just that, he was wounded SIX TIMES? Sounds a little suspect to me. Let’s see if the same detectives that were investigating Tupac’s death investigate this as well. If so, this is about to be UNSOLVED.
